Lesley Turner is a health strategist for burnt out and overwhelmed moms. She helps moms create a motherhood experience where they're able to feel healthy, confident, connected to themselves and very intuitive in order to make the best decisions she can for her family.

Lesley Turner is the Emotional Archaeologist. She works with clients who want to dive deeper into their healing and work on the body, the mind and the soul to experience a transformation of health, not just a palliation of symptoms.

Lesley is an author, a mom and the creator of the SEER method where she combines hands-on somatic therapy with energetic medicine and emotional release techniques. This method allows her clients to let go for old trauma patterns, chronic pain and core beliefs that no longer serve them.
